Additional Information

I am Yang Zhang, M.D., a biologist in the Thomas lab. I earned my medical degree and completed postgraduate training in Gastroenterology in China. My previous research focused on human proteases involved in mitochondrial protein quality control and multidrug resistance in the Laboratory of Cell Biology at the NCI. In 2017, I joined Dr. Thomas’s team to contribute to SCLC research and clinical trials. I work closely with fellows, providing mentorship and collaborating on various projects. My goal is to further our understanding of SCLC and contribute to the development of more effective therapies.
