Alice Browne holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Regenerative Medicine, both earned from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Research in Cancer Medicine from Queens University, Belfast, and is in the process of completing her Ph.D. in Medicine, a collaborative endeavor between Queens University and the NIH. Alice's professional passion centers around advancing our understanding of the extracellular matrix's pivotal role within primary tumor and metastatic microenvironments. She is particularly interested in exploring the intricate interplay between the stromal and immune compartments of solid tumors to inform the development of therapeutics. Presently, her research is focused on unraveling the significance of Hyaluronan in the TME and developing innovative therapeutic approaches to reshape the extracellular matrix in primary tumors and metastatic settings.
