Additional Information

Karen Zhai is a post-baccalaureate CRTA researcher in the lab of Efsun Arda at the Laboratory of Receptor Biology and Gene Expression at the national Cancer Institute. She received her BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis in December 2023. In the Arda Lab, she will be optimizing single-cell sequencing technology to study cell-type specific enhancer function in human pancreas tissue.
