Additional Information

During her time in Dr. Arda's lab, Konnie worked to identify and analyze differential chromatin interactions that play a role in regulating gene expression in primary pancreatic cells. She also looked at genetic variants  located at these chromatin interactions that were related to diabetes and pancreatic cancer risk.  She is currently a medical student at Stanford University School of Medicine.
