Additional Information

John was a post-baccalaureate fellow in the Arda Lab. He graduated from The Ohio State University in May 2018, with a bachelor's degree in biology. In the lab, his goal is to use CRISPR-interference and CRISPR-activation to functionally test putative lineage-specific enhancers in primary pancreatic beta cells and pancreatic cell lines. Outside of the lab, his interests include biking, swimming, reading, and listening to music.
