Additional Information

Mr. Michael Kubala is a summer research intern in Dr. Banday’s lab as part of the NIH CCSEP program. Mr. Kubala is currently pursuing an A.S. in Biology at Las Positas Community College, expected in May 2025. He plans to transfer to the University of California to pursue a B.S. in Bioengineering. In Dr. Banday’s lab, he is focusing on how non-coding mutations regulate CDK6 in bladder tumorigenesis.
