Additional Information

Ms. Jaimie Ryou earned her B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2023. She conducted neurology research in Dr. Henry Paulson’s lab and completed an Honors Thesis on the Role of Ubiquilin 2 in Condensates. Ms. Jaimie joined GMB as a Postbaccalaureate Fellow in January 2024. In Dr. Banday’s lab, she studies the transcriptional regulation of APOBEC3s and splicing factor dysregulation in bladder cancer. She enjoys reading, cooking, working out, and crafting in her free time.
