Additional Information

Tanner conducted his graduate work in Wade Winkler's laboratory at the University of Maryland, where he investigated bacterial ribonucleases that process short RNAs and how they influence signaling nucleotides. He obtained his Ph.D. in late 2023 and joined the NCI in early 2024.
