RESEARCH SUMMARY

Dr. Kim's research interest is to study the roles of Glypican-1(GPC1) in the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME). She has focused on discovering GPC1-regulated intracellular genes or pathways that alter osteosarcoma's immune cell behavior. She hopes to improve the immunotherapeutic responsiveness in osteosarcoma or other types of cancer through her studies of GPC1.
