Additional Information

Dr. Barrows obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as her Medical Doctorate from the University of Utah. While in medical school she received a certification for Global Health. She currently is a resident physician at INOVA Fairfax in Northern Virginia in the department of General Surgery. In 2023, she came to the NCI for a Surgical Oncology Research Fellowship and joined Dr. Natalie Porat-Shliom’s Laboratory.
