Ons Y. Mrad Bouali is a post-baccalaureate research fellow in the Cancer Immunobiology Section of the Laboratory of Integrative Cancer Immunology. Mrad Bouali received her B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Neuroscience in May 2023. She previously conducted two-years of grant-funded research on Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), an autoimmune disease of the liver. Currently, Mrad Bouali is studying the gut microbiome’s immunomodulatory effects in metastatic melanoma and liver cancer using organoid models.
