Olga Nikolaitchik has earned her B.A. and Master's degrees in Biophysics from Moscow State University in Russia and her Ph.D. in Biochemical Sciences from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, USA. Her research focuses on mechanisms of RNA genome encapsidation into HIV viral particles, including RNA transcription, processing, trafficking, and structure.
