RESEARCH SUMMARY
Isaiah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022. In the Compton Lab, he is using a variety of cutting-edge imaging techniques, such as fluorescence lifetime imaging and proximity ligation assay, to study protein-protein interactions that impinge on the replication cycle of enveloped viruses such as HIV-1, Influenza A, and SARS-CoV-2.
