Mehdi Benzaoui is a Ph.D. candidate in the NIH/University of Montpellier Graduate Partnership Program. His research, under the supervision of Dr. Naomi Taylor, aims at understanding how CAR-T cell manufacturing interventions impact their metabolism and their functionality in the treatment of leukemia. In 2018, he received a Pharm.D. from Oran’s Faculty of Medicine (Algeria). During his pharmacy studies, he was the co-founder and general coordinator of the scientific club Adjuvare and the co-founder and editor of the pharmacy section of Al Magnet magazine.
