RESEARCH SUMMARY

Yan received her Ph.D. in 2000 from the University of Maryland at College Park, where she studied the role of CD14 in mammary gland response to infection.  During her post-doctoral training at NIAID, she studied c-cbl and cbl-b mediated T cell signaling.  She also studied RNA binding to TLR3.   Since 2011, Yan joined the laboratory of Vanja Lazarevic as a biologist to study the role of EGR2 in CD4 T cells and innate lymphoid cells.
