RESEARCH SUMMARY

Jenna Hasson earned her B.A. in biology from Hood College and is currently enrolled in the M.S. Program in Biomedical Science at Hood College.  Her research is focused on characterizing HIV-1 proviral genetics in children born with HIV and treated with ART early after birth.  Jenna was awarded a Young Investigator Grant to attend the International Workshop on HIV Persistence during Therapy in 2019 and a New Investigator Scholarship to present her research at CROI in 2020.
