RESEARCH SUMMARY

Dr. Kang focuses on understanding how transcription factors involved in neuroblastoma core regulatory circuitry shape enhancer profiles and their associated transcriptional landscape. Her main interest is to identify how these transcription factors and their associated proteins contribute to three dimensional genome organization that are essential for transcriptional regulation during neuroblastoma (NB) tumorigenesis and progression.
