RESEARCH SUMMARY

Hannah Stack is a current senior on a pre-medical track at Colgate University, Hamilton, NY. She is majoring in molecular biology with a minor in Native American studies and hopes to continue her research at the National Cancer Institute following her graduation in May of 2022. Hannah has been working as a Special Volunteer within the Pediatric Oncology Branch since June 2021. She is currently working remotely with Dr. Thiele and her research team to identify druggable N-myc interactors that mediate oncogenic functions of the MYCN oncogene in high-risk neuroblastoma. This work may characterize novel targets for future NB therapeutics in high-risk patients. Hannah is originally from Westchester, NY and has a twin sister, a 5-year-old brother, and a 3-year-old sister.
