Gabriella Grois, B.S.

RESEARCH SUMMARY

Gabriella received her Bachelor’s of Science in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There she conducted research in the lab of Yanping Zhang to investigate the metabolic effects of cytoplasmically localized p53 and its downstream target gene, CROT. She plans to attend medical school in the Fall of 2023 with aspirations to become a cardiothoracic surgeon. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, cooking, and playing video games.
