RESEARCH SUMMARY
Arin Ghosh is a post-baccalaureate fellow who is working with Dr. Chi-Ping Day and Dr. Antonella Sassano. He joined the lab in June 2022 after graduating from Duke University with a B.S. in Biology. His projects focus on identifying genomic structural variants and differences in microRNA regulation between melanoma cell lines. For instance, Arin is performing long range sequencing on cell lines derived from a parental line to reveal structural variants between lines and ultimately create a phylogeny.
