Stephanie A. Harmon, Ph.D.

  • Center for Cancer Research
  • National Cancer Institute
Molecular Imaging Branch

Dr. Harmon’s research interests focus on computational approaches, including computer vision and artificial intelligence, for combining multiscale biological and clinicopathological data to model cancer and cancer-related outcomes. She investigates the functional relationship of imaging characteristics across biological scales and their role in phenotypic heterogeneity in various cancer types. Her research centers around the idea that the use of integrative biomarkers from various imaging scales could enhance the understanding of disease and the role of imaging in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
