RESEARCH SUMMARY
Laura is joining the lab as a bioinformatics intern from the University of Oregon’s Bioinformatics and Genomics Master’s Program. She works with single-cell RNA-sequencing data from planaria to develop a bioinformatics pipeline that can be used to appropriately analyze these unique model organisms.
