RESEARCH SUMMARY

Laura received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Michigan in 2022, during which she examined inhibitory bacterial interactions in Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Michigan Medical School. Following graduation, she joined Dr. Mitchell Ho’s lab at the National Cancer Institute as a Postbaccalaureate Fellow to study antibody-based cellular therapies for solid tumors. Her current work focuses on engineering CAR T cells that target GPC2 and B7-H3 (CD276) on solid tumors.
