RESEARCH SUMMARY

Jie received her Ph.D. from Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine in Japan. After her Postdoctoral training in Department of Cell Biology & Molecular Genetics in University of Maryland, she started working in Nabi Biopharmaceuticals as a research scientist where she studied to develop novel vaccine to treat infectious disease such as Staphylococcus. In August 2007, she joined Dr. Dinah Singer’s lab in the Experimental Immunology Branch of the National Cancer Institute as a biologist where she investigates the function of Brd4 on T cell and thymus development.
