RESEARCH SUMMARY
I split my time between experimental design and execution in the Wu lab and administrative tasks for the entire RNA Biology Laboratory. I’ve been working for the RBL since 2020 but have been with NCI-Frederick circa 1999. Previously, I studied retroviral reverse transcriptases in the laboratory of Stuart Le Grice. In the Wu lab I research nonfunctional rRNA decay in mammalian systems. Outside of the lab, I enjoy the “three C’s”: cats, crosswords, and cooking.
