RESEARCH SUMMARY
Dr. Finn received her Ph.D. in Genetics from Stanford University and joined the Cell Biology of Genomes group in 2015. She studies how the genome is organized within the cell’s nucleus, and how this varies between cells and cell types. To understand how genome organization varies between chromosomes, cells, and tissues, she uses large imaging datasets in combination with sequencing data.
