RESEARCH SUMMARY

Dr. Chennan Li is interested in understanding how cancer heterogeneity is formed temporally and spatially and how this knowledge informs clinical decision-making. He is utilizing the power of multiregion sequencing and single-cell techniques to identify distinct tumor subclones and various other cells and decipher how they contribute to disease progression.
