RESEARCH SUMMARY

Dr. Anson Ku is a computational biologist interested in investigating the intersection of genomic alteration on tissue architecture and paracrine signaling between prostate tumors and the tumor microenvironment. His current research combines single cell transcriptomic methods with spatially resolved multiplex-immunofluorescence to study paracrine effects during early prostate cancer progression.
