Jemma received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University. She continued on to receive her Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Health Care Practice from the University of Washington, and is currently working towards her clinical licensure in Social Work. Clinical areas of interest include anticipatory grief, bereavement support, and family-centered care models. Currently working on research project related to barriers for pediatric grief programming within oncology.
