"We are amazed at the level of attentiveness shown to the patient and our family. We are so blessed and grateful for each and every staff member who assisted us or smiled as we walked by. Some assisted and gave us directions as we were finding our way, staff were genuinely kind one towards the other and their teamwork was evident. Please be proud of their work and service on behalf of hurting and worried patients and families. They make all the difference in the world. We come in with heavy hearts, minds, and souls. We have encountered individual staff members who have eased each of those areas of our lives and probably didn't even realize it. That's how we could tell it was from their heart.
