Job Description
The position will involve research projects aimed toward developing and studying anti-glycan antibodies for basic research and clinical applications. The staff scientist is expected to lead independent research projects while also training/mentoring postdoctoral and postbaccalaureate fellows within the lab on chemical, biochemical, molecular biology, and cell biology techniques used for developing and studying anti-glycan antibodies. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry, glycobiology, molecular biology, protein expression, and glycan microarray technology.

A Ph.D. in the field of chemistry, chemical biology, or biochemistry. A minimum of 5 years experience as a post-doctoral fellow leading and publishing independent research projects. English language proficiency. Proficiency in molecular biology, antibody expression/characterization, glycobiology, chemical biology, and microarray technologies.
