RESEARCH SUMMARY
Evan Maestri received his B.S. in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from The University at Buffalo. His research focuses on the VirScan platform, examining the link between people’s lifetime viral exposure history and cancer development risk. Evan is also interested in the tumor-immune microenvironment. He is developing spatial analysis methods for highly multiplexed imaging of liver cancer at the single-cell resolution. Evan enjoys spending his free time hiking and in nature.
