Postdoctoral Fellow- Vaccine, immunology
The Human Retrovirus Pathogenesis Section of the Vaccine Branch is engaged in multi-disciplinary research involving both basic and translational studies; including development of DNA-based vaccine against HIV; developing novel vaccine regimens; using DNA vaccines as preventive and immunotherapeutic approaches to control SIV and HIV; dissecting immunological parameters contributing to protection and cure; transcriptomics; and proteomics.
Interested applicants must possess a Ph.D. and/or M.D. and have less than two years of postdoctoral experience. Experience in HIV or SIV immune biology, virology, molecular biology and/or bioinformatics is desired.
