Staff Name:
Chongyi Chen, Ph.D.
Laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
Research Area Keywords:

Single-cell Genomics, Chromosome Biology, Gene Expression

Position Description:

Postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Chongyi Chen at the National Cancer Institute. The Chen lab combines cutting-edge technologies in single-cell omics and single-molecule imaging to study the mechanistic link between chromatin structure and gene expression in mammalian systems, from a genome-wide perspective at the single-cell level. In addition, the lab develops new assays and techniques in single-cell genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and bioinformatics. For more on the Chen lab, visit
