Post-doctoral Fellow - DNA damage, DNA repair, genomics
Position is with:
One post-doctoral position is immediately available with Dr. Andre Nussenzweig in the Laboratory of Genome Integrity, Center for Cancer Research (CCR), National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH) to study the mechanisms involved in DNA double-strand break repair, with a focus on understanding the influence of chromatin structure on the maintenance of genome integrity and their roles in a variety of cancers using cutting-edge cellular, molecular, and genomic tools.
Qualifications and Job Details:
- Degree Required: Ph.D. or equivalent

- Citizenship: US Citizenship not required - (ie, permanent resident, visa)
- Stipend: Commensurate with experience
REQUIRED SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in the biological sciences in genetics, cancer biology, or a similar field within the past year. An excellent publication record along with experience in DNA damage, replication, chromatin structure or genome organization, would be considered an advantage.
