Job Description

Our research focuses on using high-dimensional tissue imaging and spatial transcriptomics to understand the complex interactions among tumor cells, immune cells, and microbes in the tumor microenvironment. We have established high-throughput imaging pipelines for data generation and are currently developing analysis tools.

We are looking for postdoctoral fellows with strong computer vision backgrounds to join the tissue imaging revolution! We expect the candidates to develop their research programs in 2-3 years and leadership skills via hiring/training their postbac trainees.
