•  CellMiner Tool - CellMiner is a web application that facilitates retreival and integration of the various molecular data sets generated by the Genomics & Bioinformatics Group, LMP, CCR, NCI and its many collaborators.
•  StRAP (Stress Response Array Profiler) - StRAP is a web portal that houses multi-cancer microarray data with major emphasis on radiotherapy studies, and takes a systems biology approach towards the integration, comparison, and cross-validation of multiple cancer profiling studies. The database is a comprehensive platform for comparative analysis of gene expression data.
•  GBM-BioDP (The Glioblastoma Bio Discovery Portal) - GBM-BioDP is a free resource for accessing and displaying interactive views of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data associated with glioblastoma (GBM), the most common and aggressive primary brain cancer. In addition to data from the TCGA, GBM-BioDP has following functionalities in order to enable intuitive access to the accumulated knowledge on GBM.
1) incorporates knowledge from computational analyses (such as the four molecular subtypes identified by Verhaak et al., 2010),
2) predictions (such as predicted microRNA targets), and
3) supervised classification of user specified de novo gene expression data into known GBM molecular subtypes.
