| TLT-1 in Platelets and Megakaryocytes |
![]() |
| TLT-1 (greeen)is held in the alpha granules of platelets along with p-Selectin (Red). After stimulation with Thrombin the receptors redistribute and often some TLT-1 remains within the constricted marginal band. The bottom row of images show the preformed alpha granules within in vitro derived megakaryocytes. |
| TLT-1 in Primary Megakaryocytes |
![]() |
| Primary Mouse bone marrow demonstrates dramatic TLT-1 expression (green)in the alpha granules of megakaryocytes. The cells are counter stained with DAPI to demonstrate the large nucleus of the megakaryocytes and relatively small nuclei of adjacent neutrophils |
