A postdoctoral fellow position is currently open in the Gildersleeve grouop within the Chemical Biology Laboratory of the NCI. The Gildersleeve group uses glycan array technology to study the roles of anti-glycan antibodies in the development, progression, and treatment of cancer and HIV. Projects involve synthesis of glycans to populate the array, development of new array design strategies, and application of the array to cancer vaccine and HIV vaccine research. Applicants with a strong background at the interface of chemistry and biology are encouraged to apply.
