| Position Description: | Two postdoctoral positions are available immediately to study the mechanisms involved in DNA double-strand break repair, focusing on understanding the influence of chromatin structure on the maintenance of genome stability. Transgenic and gene-targeting methods are used to create overexpression, dominant-negative and loss-of-function mutants in mice. |
| Experience Required: | A PhD in biochemistry, genetics, immunology, cancer biology, or a similar field is required with no more than 5 years of postdoc experience.Excellent publication record along with experience ingenerating/characterizing mouse models, flow cytometry, retroviral transduction, or cytogenetics will be considered as distinct advantages. |
